Postage & Delivery – General Information
The Process
Once you place your order, Jane picks and packages your items for dispatch. Then either that day or the following working day, Jane drives them to the post office and sends every parcel First Class.
Unfortunately Jane has absolutely no control over how long a parcel may take to arrive! This can be a few days to several weeks. Jane has students all over the world. If you need an order urgently then perhaps it would be better for you to order locally to you.
To keep the costs as low as possible for her students, tracking information will not be supplied. This increases the costs of the goods being delivered ten fold.
Orders are marked as completed once dispatched.
NB. Please be patient. Jane is based in the UK, and unfortunately these things take as long as they take once out of Jane’s hands, delivery is quite literally out of her hands.
We know this can be frustrating. But please bear in mind that Jane is doing all she can, single handedly. As much as she would like to, she cannot hand deliver your items! Delivery dates and times are entirely out of her control.
