Basic Buttercream & Drip Cake
Learn how to fill, level and cover a perfectly smooth buttercream cake with sharp edges, and finish with the perfect ganache drip.
I will share with you my classic Victoria sponge recipe at the beginning of the class and you will take your very own 8 inch drip cake home with you. This course is designed for bakers with some basic knowledge who would like to achieve a perfect finish and the secret to a seamless ganache drip.
You are welcome to bring some additional decorations with you.
8 inch Cake, board, all ingredients and a light lunch supplied.
